Starting April 22, VTA will be conducting a survey to collect feedback about your experience riding VTA Light Rail. Participation in this survey will help track VTA’s performance and compare it to other agencies around the world, as we work to bring you better transit service. The survey closes on May 19, 2025.
Why are we surveying riders?
It is imperative that we understand our riders’ experience to make informed decisions to enhance our system and service. This data helps us understand how people trip-plan, prioritize, and navigate the system. Information collected can be used to improve communication and ensure we meet the needs of all our riders.
What to expect during our survey process?
We are interested in your responses regarding your current use of the light rail service whether you use the service frequently, occasionally, or even if you rarely use the service.
