Imagine being able to leave home in the morning and take a short walk to the transit plaza, hop on the light rail or one of the buses, or walk to nearby stores to do your shopping.
VTA is working to make that possible by engaging with developers to build affordable housing at the Winchester Station to create a livable, walkable, shoppable community close to transit. You can participate in a public meeting to learn more about this Transit oriented-development project in a virtual community meeting on Thursday, February 16th at 6 p.m.
At this meeting, you will have an opportunity to meet the Related California and Path Ventures developer team, learn more about the proposed affordable housing development, provide input on proposed site uses, and discuss station access and station area enhancements at the Winchester Station. Your feedback can help shape the project!
The proposed development consists of a 1.6 -acre site located at 2400 Winchester Blvd in Campbell.
Register for the meeting on Eventbrite or join directly on Zoom: www.zoom.us/join.
Meeting ID: 850 8946 3742
