The doors at the River Oaks Customer Service Lobby are open again to provide services at VTA headquarters. Our customers will be able to:
- Talk face-to-face to a customer service agent
- Purchase and/or load clipper cards
- Pick up printed schedules/brochures/maps
- Buy ACE tickets
- Apply for an RTC (Regional Transit Connection card)
- Get Tokens (For non-profit agencies and schools)
The River Oaks Customer Service Lobby is located at 3331 North First Street and River Oaks (Bldg. B – Lobby) and is open Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:00 PM.
The lobby is closed Saturday, Sunday, and during major holidays (Martin Luther King, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples Day, Thanksgiving (and Friday after), Christmas, and New Years Day).

As a reminder, our Downtown Customer service Center located at 55-A West Santa Clara Street in San Jose is open Monday- Friday 9:00am- 6:00pm. In addition to the services mentioned above, you can also inquire about lost & found items at this location.
