Taking VTA to your Christmas or New Year’s Day destinations? Remember, we’ll be operating on our Sunday/Holiday schedule for both holidays and for the observed holiday dates, Monday, December 26 and Monday, January 2.

In line with our New Year's Eve tradition, VTA will be offering free fares after 8 p.m. on New Year’s Eve, Saturday, December 31 through 5 a.m. New Year’s Day. All VTA transit service will operate on a regular Saturday schedule and later service will be offered on all three light rail lines as well as Bus Route Rapid 500.
