We’re moving!
Our San Jose Downtown Customer Service Center will be relocated, but don’t worry; we are moving just a few doors down from our old location.
Starting May 30th, 2023, we will be happy to help all our customers in person at:
2 North Market Street, San Jose, CA 95113.
Our hours of operation will remain the same: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.
(Closed Saturday, Sunday, Labor Day, July 4, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day).
At 2 North Market Street, you will be able to:
- Buy Tickets for our buses and trains.
- Get Route information.
- Inquire about lost and found items.
- Pick up system maps and schedules.
- Buy Tickets for ACE and Caltrain.
- Purchase a Clipper card or reload the one you already have.
- Apply and take your picture for the RTC (Regional Transit Connector) Discount card.
- Fill in an application for the Access program.
- And leave your compliments for our drivers!
The last day at our current location (55-A West Santa Clara Street) is Friday, May 26th, 2023.
