Online Surveys
Online surveys are a digital tool to receive input from the public and allow participants to share their thoughts. This helps VTA make an informed decisions on what the community prioritizes in projects, identify community’s challenges, and determine other valuable information needed to create better transportation solutions for the community we serve. Below are current active surveys soliciting feedback.
Wheels on the Bus
VTA is conducting a study to see if real-time information about the availability of space on the bike racks would help improve the travel experience for riders. Additionally, VTA is currently conducting a study to see if providing real-time data about the occupancy of mobility device securement areas on buses would improve the customer experience for those using mobility devices, such as power and manual wheelchairs. Both surveys close on April 30, 2024.
