The highly anticipated Silicon Valley Pride Parade and Festival is just around the corner, taking place on August 26th and 27th at the iconic Plaza De Cesar Chavez Park
in downtown San Jose. This year's event is set to be a monumental gathering of LGBTQ+ individuals and allies.
- Saturday, August 26: Night Festival 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.
- Sunday, August 27: Parade 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Sunday, August 27: Day Festival, 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
With the theme "LIVE OUT PROUD!" the Silicon Valley Pride Parade and Festival aims to encourage everyone to embrace their true selves, express their identities with pride, and advocate for a more inclusive society.
Plaza De Cesar Chavez Park will transform into a buzzing festival ground, brimming with energy, entertainment, and a strong sense of unity. Sunday, expect a colorful parade, weaving its way through the heart of downtown San Jose. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore a wide range of food vendors, browse LGBTQ+- owned businesses and organizations, and enjoy an array of captivating performances on two stages.
