Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) seeks bids from qualified firms to provide Floor Scrubber Machine Maintenance and Repairs. Firms interested, can obtaining a copy of the IFB documents (included is instructions and Scope of Work) by accessing the VTA’s Website at www.VTA.org and select “Doing Business with VTA”. All interested firms are asked to register on the website, so they can be automatically notified of any changes to the solicitation.

  • A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for February 18, 2020; 10:00 AM PST at Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA), 3331 North First Street, Building A, San Jose CA 95134-1906. Attending the Pre-Bid Conference is not mandatory, but strongly encouraged.
  • Teleconference is available for the Pre-Bid Conference.  Please contact Buyer; Kimmy Truong at (408) 321-7078 or Email kimmy.truong@vta.org to register for the teleconference no later than 2:00 PM PST on February 14, 2020.
  • Sealed bid is due no later than 2:00 PM PST on March 05, 2020 at Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA), 3331 North First Street, Building A, San Jose CA 95134-1906.
