For purposes of this Contract, Work consists of the following: To move and relocate office furniture, automation equipment, records management file systems, libraries, other equipment, boxes, crates, and general office effects of VTA employees countywide. This may also include the purchase of furniture or other office fixtures required for the use of VTA employees.
Required Licenses: Class A (General Engineering) or C-61/D-34 (Prefabricated Equipment)
The Seal Bid from the Prime Contractors must be received by the Contracts Office at 3331 North First Street, Building A, San José, CA 95134. Bid submission deadline is March 04, 2020 at 2:00 PM.
The Engineer’s Estimate for this Work ranges from to $579,324.00- $868,987.00. As further specified in Section 6.4 Time for Performance, the term of this Contract is one base year and up to four one-year options.
