VTA’s Joint and Transit Oriented Development Partner, Green Republic LLC, has created a vibrant, mixed-use, mixed-affordability transitoriented development proposal to replace a portion of the parking lot at the Blossom Hill Station. This development includes 325 units of multifamily housing, and 12,000 square feet of commercial retail space; 212 transit parking spaces; public open spaces and amenities, and potential Canoas Creek trail improvements.
