The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) invites you to participate in a virtual community meeting to discuss proposed Transit-Oriented Developments (TOD) located at VTA’s Branham Station and Capitol Station. VTA is considering TOD projects that could provide additional affordable housing in the area. Homeownership may be included at the Branham Station location.
This meeting will provide you an opportunity to learn about VTA’s TOD program. The discussion will cover the development opportunities available at the two locations. Additional topics include traffic, parking strategies, and affordable housing options. Help shape your neighborhood and these potential developments!
