Who owns the BART stations in Berryessa/North San José and Milpitas? Who operates the different services?

VTA built and owns both new transit centers and the BART stations in them. Through an agreement, VTA pays BART to operate and maintain the BART stations, trains, and tracks. In short, BART operates all BART services. VTA will operate the bus bays and parking garages.
