Light Rail
- All light rail lines would operate every 20 minutes on weekdays and every 30 minutes on weekends (instead of every 15 minutes on weekday, every 20 minutes on weekends).
- Light rail service would also end at 12:30 a.m. (instead of 1:30am).
Bus
All bus routes would generally end service earlier than their pre-COVID service, and most bus routes would experience reduced service frequencies than their pre-COVID service.

- Frequent routes would generally operate every 20 minutes on weekdays (instead of every 15 minutes).
- Some frequent routes are exceptions and would operate more or less frequently than 20 minutes on weekdays.

Express Bus Routes
The following Express bus routes are presumed to continue operating with partial sponsorship from corporate partners under the Express Bus Partnership Program:

- Express Route 102 – 5 AM peak trips, 5 PM peak trips
- Express Route 103 – 3 AM peak trips, 3 PM peak trips
