Contractors will be collecting soil samples and installing groundwater monitoring instruments around the future Downtown San José. 

    Where
    • The work will take place along W Santa Clara St. between 2nd Street 3rd Street.

    • Work will be conducted Tuesday April 25 - Monday May 1
    • General working hours will be 9:00AM-3:00 PM.

    What To Expect
    • The work activity will be advanced with a truck-mounted, mud rotary drill rig.
    • There will also be periodic, repetitive hammering during soil sampling.
    • This work activity does not typically generate dust.
    • Partial parking will be impacted by this work.
