Credit for March 2025 Service Disruption
Thank you for your continued patience during the March 2025 service disruption. VTA is actively working to issue credits for riders and institutions who prepaid for monthly or annual passes but could not fully use them during the affected period.
As of April 16, 2025, action listing has begun to apply credits to eligible Clipper cards. We are currently working with Cubic (Clipper system operator) to finalize the pass and cash value loads.
What to Expect Based on Pass Type
- Riders who purchased a March pass using cash, credit card, debit card, or check are in line to receive a May Monthly Pass, which will be added to their Clipper card.
- Riders enrolled in monthly autoload or who received their March pass through a third-party administrator (TPA), such as an employer or school, will receive a cash value credit on their Clipper card.
- Annual pass holders will have their subscription extended for an additional month to reflect the service disruption.
